Yoga is central to our offering at MindFit, we are firm believers in a healthy mind and a healthy body. Weekly community classes are for both beginners & those who have an established yoga pratice. We realise yoga is a lifestyle and those practicing seek guidance along the way. Abbie will guide you through the journey, whether your goal is touching your toes or just to be able to sit still for 5 minutes.

I’ve just returned home from an incredible week in Marbella at my first yoga retreat with MindFit, and I’m already thinking I can’t wait for the next one!
From the moment I stepped off the plane and met Abbie at arrivals I felt relaxed and happy to be there.
Abbie & Debbie are both full of smiles and positive energy that it rubs off on the rest of the group.
My room & the villa was perfect for our retreat.
We had morning yoga each day and sunrise yoga which was beautiful, Abbie made us a delicious healthy breakfast every morning, we also had mindfulness sessions each day with Debbie. I’d never actually tried mindfulness with a coach only with a app and it was very positive & powerful I will definitely be continuing with it!
During the day we all relaxed around the pool or went for coffees by the beach and got to know each other and just enjoy some sunshine.
We had gentle yoga session by the pool in the evening followed by more delicious food!
I can’t recommend MindFit yoga retreat enough!

Having completed her Yoga teacher training in India, Abbie is enthusiastic and passionate about passing on the knowledge gained from Indian Gurus. As a professionally trained dancer Abbie naturally chose to teach Vinyasa Flow Yoga which allows freedom and creativity into each and every class.
Abbie caters for beginners, intermediates and advanced students; offering varied options for students to choose their preferred level of intensity. Providing specific adjustments in postures allows students to go deeper into the poses with support and guidance. Breathing techniques are delivered to enable complete conscious breath control permitting, either a deeper physical practice or allowing for deeper relaxation. Through extensive knowledge of the body and how it is able to move, Abbie is able to advise and guide students into using the correct muscles in postures. This enables them to deepen their stretching and strengthen their muscles.
